By accessing and using Domainly's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Domainly provides domain management infrastructure as a service, including but not limited to:

  • Custom domain verification and management
  • DNS record management and automation
  • SSL certificate provisioning and renewal
  • Multi-tenant domain resolution
  • API access for programmatic management
  • Webhook notifications for domain events

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information remains current

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
  • Use our services for illegal or fraudulent activities

5. Payment Terms

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. Payment terms include:

  • Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis as selected
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension
  • Taxes are not included and are your responsibility

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

Our services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Domainly and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your domain names and content.

8. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domainly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to our services will cease
  • We may delete your account and data
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding payments
  • Provisions that survive termination remain in effect

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
